New Orleans

New Orleans: Everything you wished for and more.

No matter what you call it, this is a city of great cuisine, music, history, and nightlife. At Hyatt Regency New Orleans, we’re just minutes from anywhere you want to be. The Aquarium of the Americas, numerous museums, galleries, the Garden District, and – of course – the French Quarter are a few of the many attractions located within minutes of our hotel. Plus, as the New Orleans hotel nearest to the Superdome, you will be right next to the world-class sports, conventions, and excitement of the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena.

The hotel closest to the 50-yard line…

Hyatt Regency New Orleans is favored by visitors to the Superdome for a reason: You simply can’t get closer accommodations to this famous stadium. We’re also located adjacent to the New Orleans Arena, which hosts a variety of sporting events, festival, expos, concerts, and other events. Whether you have tickets for pro or college sports or one of the many festivals or trade shows, you’ll find you’re just moments from all of the action.

Festivals

Visiting us for Mardi Gras or Jazz Fest? You’ll be within minutes of the action yet can still enjoy a peaceful haven of relaxation inside the hotel. Of course, you don’t need to visit during festival season to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer – we have great jazz, shopping and festivals all year long. There’s something to celebrate nearly every week.

History, culture and fun

Our hotel isn’t just near the home of the New Orleans Saints, the Louisiana Superdome. We’re also located downtown, minutes from the sites you want to see most.

Hyatt Regency New Orleans is taking an active role in the economic development plan designed by the New Orleans Regional Planning Commission and New Orleans Downtown Development District to revitalize New Orleans' Central Business area. Soon, a new street car line that will run directly in front of the hotel, guests can enjoy shopping, dining, and more at Champions Square and reap the benefits of a new Medical District being developed in the area next to the hotel. More than $5 billion has been spent on the area’s economic development, with all attractions and businesses expected to open by 2014.

With music, mysticism, history and excitement, New Orleans is a city unlike any other – and the Hyatt Regency will be your perfect home base from which to explore. We look forward to welcoming you this fall.
